| Sucking automatic backwashing filter | | |
YNT X-I series automatic backwashing filter is an industrial automatic filter that can provide a variety of comprehensive uses to ensure pure and reliable filtered liquids.
The filter can automatically backwash and is able to continuously separate impurities from water and other liquids. It is very simple to maintain and operate the filter, and it can also continue to maintain a good running state even under harsh operating conditions.
The pressure on the main part of the filter is usually designed based on the standards for chemical pipeline filter and steel pressure vessel. The filter can also meet special requirements of other design standards. The main part of the device is involved into carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and other materials. Meanwhile, we can also provide you with special materials like titanium pure nickel. |

| Working principle |

Water to be filtered flows from the lower part of the filter into the shell, then from bottom to up into the inner cavity of the cartridge through a turntable, and then goes out through the cartridge; the filtered clean water flows out of the outlet on the upper part of the filter, and solid impurities are trapped inside the cartridge; it has no need to cut off influent water flow when backwashing. A motor drives the cartridge wheel to rotate, and the backwash rain valve is opened at the same. Each cartridge is in turn flushed through a backwashing outlet pipe.
A pressure difference between the water pressure in the filter and the atmospheric pressure results in the filtrate to flow reversely, which can remove the impurities trapped in the cartridge. After the turntable rotates a circle, backwashing comes to an end. Then, the backwash valve is closed, and the drive motor stops.
X series filters can be fitted with a different number of cartridges in each filter to provide a maximum filtration area. This allows the filter to produce the smallest possible pressure loss in use.
